, BASE' TABLE UPDATE Enclosure July 15, 1993 REPROGRAMMING CHANGES The program changes, shown in the table, have resulted from funding adjustments and the use of unobligated carryover funds.

These changes are primarily related to the Emergency Response Data System; the Sequence Coding and Search System Database; final closeout costs for RSSR contracts; legal services; computers, associated peripheral equipment, and software; high-priority low-level research projects; nonreactor technical training; and mission-related travel.
