SECY-93-187 - Georcia Power Company - Partial Director's Decision Under 10 CFR 2.206 The Commission, by a 3-0 vote, approved an order in response to the NRC staff's partial decision under 10 CFR 2.206, DD-93-08.
The staff's partial decision responds to a petition filed by Allen Mosbaugh and Marvin B. Hobby in September 1990, and supplemented in October 1990, and July 1991 which asked for initiation of proceedings and other enforcement action against Georgia Power Company.
The order vacates the staff's partial decision and remands the matters decided therein to the staff for further consideration.
Commissioner de Planque was on travel and did not participate.
(Subsequently, on July 14, 1993, the Secretary signed the Order.)
