Enclosed are twenty-four copies of the Claiborne Enrichment Center (CEC) Safety Analysis Report (Revision 14), Environmental Report (Revision 11), and the License Application (Revision 6). Also enclosed are five copies of the CEC Criticality Safety Engineering Report (Revision 5). Instructions for making the revisions are detailed in the enclosed Push-Pull Instructions.
These updates bring these documents into agreement with earlier commitments made in the Proposed License Conditions and in other correspondence. Update items include:
