This acknowledges a telephone conversation between Mr. M. Bowling of your
staff and Mr. G. Belisle of my staff on July 20, 1993, requesting an extension
to delay the response to the Notice of Violation which was due on July 22,
1993, until July 29, 1993. This delay was required so that you could fully
evaluate additional information regarding the subject inspection report
provided in our letter of July 15, 1993. The extension is granted.
