The Commission here is being asked to act on 9
an Order in response to the NRC staff's partial decision under 10 10 CFR 2.206 and Director's Decision 93-08.
The staff's partial 11 decision responds to a petition filed by Allen Mosbaugh and 12 Marvin B. Hobby in September 1990, and supplemented in October 13 1990, and July 1991, which asked for initiation of proceedings 14 and other enforcement action against Georgia Power Company.

15 The Chairman and Commissioners Rogers and Remick have j
i 16 approved the Order that vacates the staff's partial decision, and 17 remands the matters decided therein to the staff for further 18 consideration.
Commissioner de Planque is on travel and did not 19 participate.
