This report is submitted to you in accordance with the requirement of 10 CFR 50, Appendix J, Section V.B.1.
The information contained in Appendix A of this report is intended to comply with requirements of 10 CFR 50, Appendix J, Section V.B.3.
The next Type A test for Quad-Cities Unit Two is scheduled for the fall of 1994.
