Trojan Nuclear Plant Security Plan (Defueled Condition) f Response to NRC Observations i
On June 17, 1993, Portland General Electric Company (PGE) submitted for review
'i and approval requests for exemption from specific sections in Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Part 73,55 (10 CFR 73.55). On that date, PGE also submitted a copy of the proposed Trojan Nuclear Plant Security Plan (Defueled Condition), PGE Topical Report 1058.

F On July 20 1993, during a visit to the Trojan Plent site, the NRC reviewer for the Trojan Security Plan offered observations on the contents of the Plan.
This letter provides responses to those observations. Attachment I to this letter is a summary of the observations and PGE's responses. Attachment II is

a revised copy of proposed Security Plan which incorporates PGE's responses to the observations. The changes made to the Plan are indicated by change bars in the right margin on affected pages.
i Both attachments to this letter have been determined to contain Safeguards
