This meeting related to your progress in addressing current issues and was attended by those on the attached Attendance List.
The subjects discussed at this meeting are described in the enclosed Meeting Summary. The discussions at this meeting provided a better understanding of your approach to dealing with the problems discussed in the recent diagnostic evaluation report and other NRC reports.
This meeting provided a foundation for future meetings in which details of specific corrective actions will be discussed. The next meeting is being planned for late August 1993.
