- LEE, STATE OF LOUISIANA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND DEVELOPMENT, HOMER, LA I spoke with Ms. Lee about the current road traffic volume situation in Claiborne Parish, more specifically in Homer and the area adjacent to the LES site.
Ms.
Lee stated that her office was not aware of any significant traffic volume changes since 1991.
une also stated that the LES site road maps correctly identify all the roads and their location, and that there has not been any road construction worth noting since 1991.
