I approve the use of the backfit standard in Section 50.109(a)(3) for rulemaking changes to Tier 2 irformatiun.
I approve extension of the use of tre 50.59-like change process for Tier 2 information to applicants that reference a certified design.
I approve the addition of an exemption procedure to the Tier 2 change process.
I agree to the Staff's recommendation to defer the decision on wFether or not selected requirements from the first rule certifying a standard design should apply to all subsequent certification rules.
