Indian Point 3 Security Plan Temporary Addendum Report, Revision 3.
This letter and its attachment provide the latest revision of the Indian Point 3 (IP3) Security Plan in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54 (p).
By Reference 1, the Authority submitted temporary changes to the plan.
This revision incorporates these changes as permanent.
In addition, this revision incorporates changes which reflect the IP3 current security organization and references to the shared administrative security boundary between Indian Points 1 and 2, and Indian Point 3.
This revision does not decrease the plan's safeguards effectiveness.
A summary of the plan changes is provided as a separate attachment.
The attachment is identified as Safeguards and Proprietary Information covered under 10 CFR 73.21 and 10 CFR 2.790 (d (1).
The Authority requests that upon receipt of this correspondence, you inventory the contents and return the Document Receipt Form to the IP3 Security Manager, Mr. J. Fitzsimmons.
