Arkansas Nuclear One - Units I and 2 Docket Nos. 50-313 and 50-368 License Nos. DPR-51 and NPF-6 Addenda to Inservice Inspection Outage Summary Reports Gentlemen:
Article IWA-6230,Section XI of the ASME Code requires the owner to submit an inservice inspection (ISI) summary report within 90 days of the completion of the ISI conducted during a refueling outage. The report prowJes inspection results of the Class 1 and 2 pressure retaining components and their supports. The purpose of this letter is to supplement previous ISI outage summary reports submitted to the NRC by Entergy Operations for Arkansas Nuclear One (ANO) where certain NIS-2 forms, " Owner's Report for Repairs or Replacements," were not previously enclosed.
Subsequent to the submittal of the ISI outage summary report for the ninth cycle of ANO-2, Entergy Operations identified an additional NIS-2 form to be transmitted to the NRC, A further review initiated to address this concern identified two additional NIS-2 forms which were not included in other previous ISI outage summary reports. The method of tracking job orders containing ASME Section XI Repair / Replacement documentation has been revised to ensure that NIS-2 forms for each cycle are identified in a timely manner for inclusion in future ISI outage summary reports.
The NIS-2 forms discussed above are attached. Attachment I supplements the ISI outage summary report for the ninth cycle of ANO-1, submitted on May 8,1991 (ICAN059104). modifies the report for the tenth cycle of ANO-1, submitted on September 4,1992 (ICAN099201). Attachment 3 provides an addendum to the ISI outage summary report for the ninth cycle of ANO-2, submitted on January 18,1993 (2CAN019302).
