CT0003263, paragraphs 3W(2), 3X(2), 3CC(3), and 3FF(2), hereby requests permission for Unit 3 to also discharge ETA upon startup after the upcoming outage as given below:

Toxicity test data for ETA were submitted during the permit renewal process.
