Limerick Generating Station, Units 1 and 2 Technical Specifications Change Request Gentlemen:
Philadelphia Electric Company is submitting Technical Specifications Change Request No. 93-10-0, in accordance with 10CFR50.90, requesting an amendment to the Technical Specifications (TS) (i.e., Appendix A) of Operating License Nos.
Information supporting this Change Request is provided in to this letter. Attachment 2 provides the proposed TS replacement pages.
This submittal requests a change to the Unit 1 and Unit 2 TS to allow one of the required on-shift Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) positions to be combined with the required Shift Technical Advisor (STA) position as recommended by the NRC's " Policy Statement on Engineering Expertise on Shift," issued on October 28, 1985.
