Emergency Response Data System (ERDS) Data Point Library Reference File Gentlemen: In Reference (b), New Hampshire Yankee (NHY),'~the predecessor company to North Atlantic Energy Service Corporation (North Atlantic) submitted an Implementation Plan for the Emergency Response Data System (ERDS) at Seabrook Station, and requested a schedular exemption from the ERDS Rule [ Reference (c)]. The NRC granted the schedular _ exemption in Reference (d).' Accordingly, the ERDS is scheduled to be implemented at Seabrook Station prior to restart following the third refueling' outage, but no later that December 1,1994. In support of the ERDS installation in accordance with the above schedule, this letter submits the Data Point Library Reference File for Seabrook Station.
