DOCKET NOS. 50-327 AND 50-328 This acknowledges the receipt of your letter of May 28, 1993, which transmitted Revision 31 to the Sequoyah Physical Security Plan.
Our review of the changes has found them to be consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p). Accordingly, they are acceptable for inclusion into the plan.
During a teleconference on July 7,1993, between Messrs. J. Biggerstaff and M.
France of your staff and Ms. O. Masnyk with Region II, the following clarifications were provided. The communications monitoring function will be moved from the Shift Supervisor's Office to the completed upstairs alarm station. Also the licensee will. submit a corrected page to delineate the staffing requirements at the Essential Raw Cooling Water Station.
The enclosure to your letter is being withheld from public disclosure because it contains Safeguards Information and must be protected in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR Part 73.21.
