1993, we believe that you understand the significance of providing complete and accurate information to the NRC.

Accordingly, the NRC will allow you to operate in NRC o

jurisdiction.

When doing so, you must ensure compliance _with'all NRC requirements, including provision of complete and accurate infarmation, at all times.

Please note that the deliberate misconduct rule, 10 CFR 30.10, allows the NRC_to impose individual sanctions against individuals who commit deliberate
