Dear Mr. Chernoff:
As you have requested, enclosed are the copies of the draft briefing materials and draft report on the technical review of the Uravan, Colorado, reclamation plan that were provided to us for information during the January 12, 1993, meeting in your offices. During future Agreement State reviews of the Colorado program, we plan to discuss the issues addressed in your draft report.
Therefore, as we indicated during the January 12 meeting, we recommend that you finalize the report.
