TEMPORARY REVISION TO THE PALISADES SECURITY PLAN Attached are one original and three copies of a temporary change to the Palisades Security Plan which was implemented on two separate occasions in May 1993. The temporary change was utilized during activation of the recently completed Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation.
This temporary change was reviewed by GCristoffer and TMadeda, NRC Region III Safeguards Section on May 7, 1993, prior to implementation.
It will not be utilized again without prior notification and review by the NRC.
The temporary change described in this attachment did not lessen safeguards effectiveness of the Plan. Accordingly notification of this change is submitted under the provisions of 10CFR50.54(p)(2).
The information contained in the enclosed documents has been classified as safeguards information.
Therefore, Consumers Power Company requests that the attachment to this letter be withheld frem public disclosure in accordance with 10CFR73.21(c).
