Enclosed please find the following shutdown technical specifications (pertaining to Issue
- 16) proposed for the ABWR:

3.4.5, RIIR-Cold Shutdown, 2.
3.5.2, ECCS-Shutdown 3.
3.7.2, RCW/RSW and UllS-Shutdown 4.
3.7.3, RCW/RSW and UliS Refueling, new LCO added, 5.
3.9.7, RHR Iligh Water Level, and 6.
3.9.8, RIIR-Low Water Level Because LCO 3.7.3 (Item 4) is new, the subsequent LCOs in Section 3.7 need to be re-numbered. The other items replace the previously submitted LCOs. The electrical shutdown LCOs will be submitted on July 9,1993.
