L. McCrory of this office, and the personnel identified in the enclosed report, on June 7-10, 1993. The inspection included an assessment of the qualifications of 10 individuals who had applied for licenses to operate your Fort Calhoun Station facility. At the conclusion of the inspection, findings of generic significance were discussed with those members of your staff identified in the enclosed report. Areas examined during the inspection are identified in the report. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of evaluation of license applicants by the use of written examinations, dynamic simulations, selected job related tasks, and oral questioning in accordance with NUREG-1021, " Operator Licensing Examiner Standards," Revision 7. The results of this inspection are documented on pages 1 and 2, in the enclosed report. Based on the results of this inspection, all of the applicants for licenses to operate your Fort Calhoun Station facility satisfied the requirements of 10 CFR 55.33(a)(2) and have been issued the' appropriate licenses. In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
