Dear Mr. Wingo:

On July 7, 1993, I informed you that although the Quad Cities nuclear power plant was scheduled to restart on July 8, licensee officials of Iowa State and local officials to implement offsite emergency plans for Quad Cities 1 and 2.

On July 8, 1993, about 6:00 pm EDT, your staff provided That assessment covered the status of the Quad Cities nuclear power plant.
