Enclosed are the following electrical shutdown technical specification LCOs:

3.8.2, AC Sources - Shutdown This LCO is a markup of the BWR/6 STS Rev. O, incorporating draft shutdown LCO 3.8.x, dated June 15,1993. This markup supersedes our previously submitted LCO 3.8.2.

3.8.Y, AC Sources - Shutdown (Low Water Level)
This is a markup of the new shutdown LCO, dated June 15,1993. It should be numbered as 3.8.3 with subsequent LCOs renumbered accordingly.

3.8.5, DC Sources - Shutdown and Refueling This LCO is a markup of the BWR/6 STS Rev. O, incorporating draft shutdown LCO 3.8.5 dated June 15,1993. This markup supersedes our previously submitted LCO 3.8.5.

3.8.10 - Shutdown and Refueling This LCO is a markup of the BWR/6 STS Rev. 0, incorporating draft shutdown LCO 3.8.10 dated June 22,1993. This markup supersedes our previously submitted LCO 3.8.10.
The bases for these LCOs will have to be revised accordingly. We plan to complete the bases in time for the August 31,1993, Proof and Review version.
