EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS EXERCISE SCENARIO This is to acknowledge receipt of your letter dated June 1.1993, transmit ing the scenario for your upcoming annual exercise.

On June 25, 1993, a meeting was held in the Region IV office between Messrs. N. Hood and G. Bell of your organization and Dr. D. Blair Spitzberg of my staff to discuss the exercise scenario. We have reviewed the scenario using Inspection Procedure 82302 and determined that it should support a reasonable demonstration of your emergency response capabilities.
