SUBJECT:
STATION BLACK 0UT RULE, 10 CFR 50.63, IMPLEMENTATION INSPECTION AT DAVIS-BESSE This is to inform you that the NRC will perform a Station Blackout (SBO) Rule implementation inspection at the Davis-Besse facility.
The onsite inspection activities are scheduled for the weeks of November 15 and 29,1993.
.The inspection will assess the emergency diesel generator reliability program, analyses and related information used in coping evaluations, hardware and/or procedural modifications, and actions pertaining to specific recommendations in the NRC Safety Evaluation Report (SER).
We request that you have available for the inspectors' review the documentation required by the SB0 Rule and Regulatory Guide 1.155 and documentation supporting SB0 responses to the NRC.
