Dear Mr. MacDonald:
In 1991, El Paso Natural Gas Company terminated our USNRC License No. 42-03201-02, as we did not perform any radiographic activity that would necessitate a USNRC License.
E.P.N.G.
is licensed by Texas and Arizona.
At that
- time, E.P.N.G.
inadvertently requested that our Quality Assurance Program also be terminated.
In order to correct this situation, El Paso Natural Gas Company is requesting that our Quality Assurance Program No. 0468 be reinstated or renewed.
As per our conversation on June 17, 1993, please find a check in the amount of $250.00 and two updated copies of our Quality Assurance Program enclosed.
