In our May 22, 1992 letter, the NRC staff stated that our in-depth review of your snubber optimization program was not completed, and that we would forward the results of our review upon completion. This letter is to inform you that we have completed our review of your snubber optimization program for the i
feedwater system, and have documented our results in the enclosed Safety 4
Evaluation.
The staff has concluded that your snubber optimization program for the feedwater system complies with ASME Code requirements and is acceptable. This letter completes staff actions under TAC No. M83710.
