Millstore iiuclear Power Station, Unit No. 2 Four-Year Simulator Certification Report Pursuant to the provisions of 10CFR55.45(b)(5)(iii), Northeast Nuclear Energy i
Company hereby submits on behalf of Millstone Unit No. 2, the first 4-year plant-referenced simulator report.
Enclosed is one volume containing performance test results to support this submittal.
Regulation 10CFR55.45(b)(5)(iii) requires that licensees " submit, every four years on the anniversary of the certification, a report to the Commission i
which identifies any uncorrected performance test failures."
Also, Section (b)(5)(vi) requires "a schedule for the conduct of approximately 25 percent of NNECO has tne p,rformance tests per year for the subsequent four years."

See Proce iure NSEM-4.07 " Master Testing Schedule," for our schedule and also for a description of the approximately 25 percent of performance tests to be done each year.
