I have received and reviewed information indicating that Louisiana Energy Services is planning to establish a nuclear enrichment facility near the communities of Forest Grove and Center Springs.
According to government studies, rural and ethnic minorities have been increasingly victimized by policies that allowed and even encouraged turning poor communities and remote areas into " sacrifice zones."
Not only is the lack of regard for self-determination hsconsistent with our democratic principle, but the fact that our government has allowed the rights of minority citizens to be jeopardized for corporate profit is despicable.
I trust that you will carefully review this application and take into consideration the wishes and needs of all of the communities that would be affected by the construction of a uranium enrichmcnt plant.
