SUBJECT: NRC INSPECTION REPORT'50-445/93-23; 50-446/93-23-
This refers.to the inspection. conducted by Ms. P. A. Goldberg and
Mr..W. M. McNeill of this office on May 24-28, 1993. The inspection included
a review of activities authorized for your Comanche-Peak-Steam Electric' .
Station, Units 1 and 2, facility. ;At the conclusion of the inspection, the

findings were-discussed 'with you and those members' of'your staff identified -in
!
the enclosed report.
The inspection examined the motor-operated-valve maintenance program _in light-
of your commitments to Generic Letter 89-10, " Safety-Related-Motor-0perated'
Valve Testing and Surveillance." Within this area, the inspection consisted'-
of selective examination of procedures and representative records,finterviews-
with personnel, and observation of activities in progress. The-results of
this inspection'are documented on.page 1,Lin the enclosed report.
