ERRATA TO REVISION 5 HOPE CREEK GENERATING STATION DOCKET NO. 50-354 Revision 5 of the Hope Creek Generating Station Updated Final Safety Analysis Report (UFSAR) was submitted under letter NLR-N93066, dated May 6, 1993. During printing of Revision 5, a page of the Hope Creek UFSAR was published without the corresponding second side. Public Service Electric and Gas (PSE&G) is issuing this errata to Revision 5 to correct this printing error. In accordance with 10 CFR 50.4 (b) (6) , the signed original and ten (10) copies of the errata to Revision 5 are being transmitted to the Document Control Desk, one copy is being sent directly to the Region I Administrator, and one copy is being sent directly to the Hope Creek Resident Inspector.
