TECHNICAL POSITIONS (TAC NO. L21671)
In accordance with your application dated March 16, 1992, and supplements dated November 4, 1992, and January 28, March 23, May 6, and May 7, 1993, and,
pursuant to Part 70 of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Materials License SNM-ll68 is hereby amended to incorporate changes to Chapters 2, 4, 6, 10, and 11.
Due to a reorganization at the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, we are reformatting the licenses by combining into one document the safety and safeguards license conditions. Although this licensing action only addresses changes to your Safety Conditions, for convenience, we are reissuing the complete document at this time, In addition, those license conditions that have been complied with have been deleted.
Future amendments will include only the applicable portions of the document being changed (safety or safeguards).

Based on your evaluation of the Technical Positions (TPs) published in the Federal Reaister on March 21, 1989, and our letter dated June 3,1993, Condition S-1 is revised to include the dates of March 16 and November 4, 1992; and January 28, March 23, May 6, and May 7, 1993.

i Enclosed is a copy of the complete License SNM-1168, in the new format, which incorporates changes to the Safety Conditions.
Also enclosed is the Safety Evaluation Report, which includes the Categorical Exclusion determination.
