FUNDAMENTAL NUCLEAR MATERIAL CONTROL PLAN (TAC NO. L30078)
In accordance with your application dated April 22, 1993, and pursuant-to Part 70 of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Materials License SNM-ll68 is hereby amended to incorporate changes to your Fundamental Nuclear Material Control (FNMC) Plan.
We have reviewed the FNMC Plan changes and have determined that they are acceptable. Accordingly, Safeguards Condition SG-1.1 is revised as follows:
SG-1.1 The licensee shall follow Chapters 1.0 through 8.0 of its.
Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan, submitted-j pursuant to 10 CFR 74.31(b), titled " Babcock and Wilcox Company, Consercial Nuclear Fuel Plant, Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan," dated August 19, 1991, as revised January 9, and February 12, 1992; and April 22, j
1993.
Revisions to this Plan shall be made in accordance with the provisions of either 10 CFR.70.32(c) or 70.34.
