FUNDAMENTAL NUCLEAR MATERIAL CONTROL PLAN REVISIONS (TAC NO. L21786)
This refers to your application dated March 26, 1993, requesting an amendment to Materials License SNM-1227 to incorporate changes to your Fundamental Nuclear Material Control (FNMC) Plan.
Our review of your application has identified additional information that is needed before final action can be taken on your request. The additional information, specified in the enclosure, should be provided within 30 days of l

We have determined that the revisions to your FNMC Plan that were submitted on March 26, 1993, contain proprietary information of the type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d).
