Dear Sirs:
j Notification of Change in Status of Senior R_gactor Operator and Reactor Operator Licenses On May 6,1993, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued License Amendment 191 for the Trojan Nuclear Plant (TNP) which, in part, deleted the requirements for NRC licensed Senior Reactor Operators (SROs) and Reactor Operators (RO_s) and replaced them with a requirement for Certified Fuel Handlers. Thus, activities which require NRC licensed operators per 10 CFR 50.54(i), (j), (k), (1), and (m), as well as the facility license requirements for NRC licensed operators, are no longer applicable.
Therefore, in accordance with 10 CFR 50.74(a), this letter notifies the NRC that the individuals listed in Attachment I to this letter no longer require an NRC SRO or 'RO license, l
effective June 24,1993.
