June 18,1993 U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Attn: Mr. Charles W. Emeigh Licensing Branch Division of Fuel Cycle Safety and Safeguards, NMSS Washington, DC 20555 License No. SNM-1227 Docket No. 70-1257

Dear Mr. Emeigh:

Re:

Lotter, JB Edgar to JWN Hickey, dated December 8,1992 in the referenced letter Siemens Power Corporation (SPC) notified to NRC of the expansion of the PDTF (formerly the FCTF) Building. At that time we neglected to request a license amendment to change the name of the building and add seismic testing to the authorized activities in Table I-1.1. We, therefore, now request such an amendment. Enclosed are copies of revised pages 1-7 both for the current license and the August 26,1992 renewal application.

If you have any questions regarding this request, please call me on 509-375-8663.

Very truly yours, f].
