RESPONSE TO FINANCIAL ASSURANCE SUBMITTAL'0F JUNE 14, 1993 The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has reviewed the June 14, 1993, Westinghouse Electric Corporation financial assurance documents, submitted to satisfy the financial assurance requirements of the decommissioning rule. The submission is intended to assure decommissioning costs for licenses:
SNM-1107; 37-5809-01; 37-5809-02; SNM-770; TR-2; SNM-1460; SNM-47; 37-00497-09; SNM-951; SNM-1120; and SMB-1527. The staff has no further comments with regard to the submission.
As per your request, we are returning the original Line of Credit issued from Westinghouse Financial Services, Inc., on March 22, 1993.
