INITIAL LICENSE EXAMINATION REPORT During the week of May 24, 1993, Mr. Jeff Hansen and others administered initial licensed operator examinations to employees of your organization who i
operate your Prairie Island Nuclear Generating Plant. At the conclusion of the examination, findings that were identified as a result of the examinations were discussed with those members of your staff identified in the enclosed l
report.
l Three licensed Reactor Operators were given Senior Reactor Operator Upgrade l
examinations. All individuals passed the examination.
l' In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of this letter and the enclosures will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
