DPR-42 50-306 DPR-60 Revised Pages For Containment Penetration List Removal and Miscellaneous Chance License Amendment Re_ questm Our License Amendment Request dated May 7, 1992 proposed the relocation of the Containment Penetration List from Section 4.4 of the Prairie Island Technical Specifications into plant' procedures, per the. guidance'in Generic Letter 91-08, " Removal of Component Lists From Technical Specifications".
In response to comments from the NRC Staff on the proposed relocation of the containment penetration list, changes have been made to Technical Specification page TS.4.4-2, proposed by the May 7,1992 License Amendment Request. Technical Specification Bases pages, not included in the original j
License Amendment Request, have also been revised.
These revised pages are attached. The revisions incorporated into the attached pages do not effect i
the conclusions of the safety evaluation and determination of significant i
hazards considerations and environmental assessment from the May 7, 1992 License Amendment Request.
