Subfloor samples. should be taken in-the Plutonium Facility wherever contaminated. liquids were processed (e.g., scrap recovery).and~ leaks could have seeped. into floor. expansion joints-and seals.
Besides addressing contamination leaking: from the outside, you also.should address contamination' sources.from inside the building.-
