EMERGENCY PLAN REVISION REVIEW FOR THE PRAIRIE ISLAND NUCLEAR GENERATING PLANT This is to acknowkdge receipt of Revision 14 to the Prairie Island Nuclear i
Generating Plant's Emergency Plan. We have reviewed Revision 14 and have determined that it is acceptable and does not decrease the effectiveness of your emergency planning for the Prairie Island Nuclear Generating Plant.
Revision 14 contained mainly editorial changes and staff. title changes. A significant change was made to the emergency acticn levels (EAls). -The EALs were removed as Table 1 and inserted as Annex A.
Actual EAL changes were' the adding of EALs for the dry cask storage of spent fuel and revising EALs to reflect the installation of two additional emergency diesels.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of this letter will be placed in the NRC's Public Document Room.
