Management Changes Affecting' Davis-Besse Nuclear-Power Station Gentlemen:
This letter is to inform you of management changes'affecting the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station (DBNPS).
i The Centerior Energy Board of Directors has elected 1
Mr. Donald C. Shelton Senior Vice President - Nuclear, with responsibility for both the DBNPS and the Perry Nuclear Power Plant.
I Mr. Shelton now reports directly.to Mr. Robert J. Farling, Centerior.
Energy. Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
As Vice President - Nuclear', Davis-Besse,.I have assumed those responsibilities previously held by-Mr. Shelton.
I: vill continue to report directly to Mr. Shelton. A new DBNPS Plant Manager is in the selection process and vill be named. shortly.
In the interim, I will also continue to perform in this capacity.
These changes were effective June 7, 1993.
