On June 4,1993, the Board of Directors of Georgia Power Company ("GPC") elected hir. J.D. Woodard to succeed hir. W. George Hairston, III as Senior Vice President of GPC, responsible for the operation of GPC's nuclear facilities. In addition, the Board of Directors of Southern Nuclear Operating Company has elected Afr. Woodard to succeed hir. Hairston as the Executise Vice President of Southern Nuclear, effective June 4,1993.

A copy of GPC's letter to the NRC Staff, dated June 14, 1993, notifying it of this change, is attached hereto.

Generating Plant, Units 1 and 2.

The September 18, 1992 application presented a list of SNC directors and officers as it existed at that time.

Three separate letters, dated 4

Octcber 23, 1992, March 5, 1993 and May 21, 1993 have been submitted reflecting organizational or personnel changes which have occurred since the September 18, 1992 submittal relative to the list. On June 4. 1993, the GPC Board of Directors elected Mr. Woodard to succeed Mr. Hairston, III as '

Senior Vice President of GPC, effective insediately. As Senior Vice President of GPC, Mr. Woodard will report to Mr. W. G. Hairston, III and is D
