Dear Sirs:
Today, Georgia Power Company ("GPC") is filing with the Licensing Board the attached
" Motion to Compel Intervenor's Production of Documents and Responses to Certain Interrogatories." In an effort to minimize disputes between GPC and Intervenor, GPC has twice contacted the offices of Intervenor's counsel and proposed a meeting, on June 22,1993, to discuss discovery issues raised by the parties filings. I would also invite the NRC Staff to attend that meeting. To date, I have not received a response to my proposal from Intervenor's counsel.
