REVISION 22 TO THE COOPER NUCLEAR STATION EMERGENCY PLAN We have received your etter dated June 11, 1993, which transmitted l Revision 22 to the Cooper Nuclear Station Emergency Response Plan. The plan revision was submitted pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(q) and involved a change in one emergency action level for 'a notification of unusual event classification. The change was required to remain consistent with a recent Technical Specification amendment. We have. reviewed the change and have determined that it is acceptable and does not decrease the effectiveness of your emergency. planning at the. Cooper Nuclear Station.
