150-00042 PROPOSED IMPOSITION OF CIVIL PENALTY - $1,500 Subiect:
This is to inform the Commission that a Notice of Violation and Proposed Imposition of Civil Penalty in the amount of $1,500 will be issued on or about June 9, 1993 to Gray Wireline Service, Inc.
This action is based on deliberate false statements to an NRC representative concerning conduct of licensed activities in NRC The violation has jurisdiction by an Agreement State licensee.
The base civil penalty was been categorized at Severity Level I.
escalated for NRC identification of the violation.
By Staff Requirements Memorandum of June 7, 1993, the Commission approved this action.
It should be noted that the licensee has not been specifically informed of the enforcement action.
The schedule of issuance and notification is:
June 9, 1993 Mailing of Notice 1993 Telephone Notification of Licensee June 9, The State of Texas will be notified.
The licensee has thirty days from the date of the Notice in which the civil to respond.
Following NRC evaluation of the response, penalty may be remitted, mitigated, or imposed by Order.
