" REVISION OF REACTOR TRIP ALLOWABLE VALUES FOR INTERMEDIATE-RANGE AND SOURCE-RANGE NEUTRON FLUX" s

In accordance with 10 CFR 50.90, we are enclosing a requested amendment to Licenses DPR-77 and DPR-79 to change the T3a of SQN Units 1 and 2.

The proposed change revises the allowable values for-the intermediate-and source-range neutron-flux reactor trip setpoints. The present value for the intermediate range is 1.ess than or equal to 30 percent of rated thermal power (RTP) and would be changed to less than or equal to 45.20 thanorequagto1.3x10gangepresentlyhasanallowablevalueofless percent RTP.

The source counts per second (CPS) and would be changed to 1.45 x 10 CPS. This change affects Items 5 and 6 of TS Table 2.2-1 for both units.

A proposed determination of no significant hazards consideration performed pursuant i
