ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENT NO. 148 TO FACILITY POSSESSION ONLY LICENSE N0. DPR YANKEE NUCLEAR POWER STATION (TAC NO. M85244)
The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 148 to Facility Possession Only License No. DPR-3 for the Yankee Nuclear Power Station.
This amendment is in response to your application dated December 21, 1992.
This amendment revises the Possession Only License and the Technical Specifications to reflect the permanently shut down and defueled status of the plant.
A copy of our Safety Evaluation is also enclosed.
Notice of Issuance will be included in the Commission's biweekly Federal Reaister Notice.
