The inspection included a review of activities authorized. .; for your Arkansas Nuclear One facility. At the conclusion of the inspection,
the. findings were discussed with Mr. M. Sellman and those members of your , staff identified in the enclosed report. j .i Areas examined during th'e inspection are identified in the report. .These , areas included corrective action implementation. Within these areas, the- inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and i representative records, interviews with personnel, and observation of- l activities in progress. The results of this inspection are documented on
pages 1 and 2, in the enclosed report.
