the OQAM has been revised to incorporate changes to the-Operating Quality Assurance Program (OQAP) description'made since the last docketed revision transmitted by Reference 1.
I-In addition to revision 16 updated pages, please find enclosed one copy each of the following:

OQAM (revision 16) mark-up, identifying changes.through the use of inserts and strikeovers.
2.
Explanation and justification for the changes.
This revision has been ev
.tated by Union Electric. The changes are not considereu reductions in the OQAM-commitments previously accepted by the NRC. The revised OQAM continues to satisfy the requirements of 10CFR50, Appendix B.
